In numbers - GM1 and GM2
NAVIGATE is looking at the effect that nizubaglustat has on GM1 and GM2 Gangliosidoses as a treatment to slow the progression of the diseases. If you or your child has been diagnosed with either the late-infantile or juvenile forms of GM1 or GM2 Gangliosidoses, you may qualify to participate. The information on this website may answer some of the questions you have, but please talk to your doctor to find out more.

Number of Participants: 75

Time in Study: 19.5 Months*

Number of Clinic Visits: 8*
*After 18 months, your clinician may discuss continuing the study as an open-label extension. This means the participant will definitely receive nizubaglustat (all patients will receive treatment in this phase).
